We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our growing IT/Data team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile processes and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology and data solutions.

  • About the Role:
  • Act as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently while embracing agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Track and communicate team metrics and progress.
  • Maintain and manage tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to support team workflows.
  • Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in IT or data-focused teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Proven experience in facilitating teams using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
