About the Agile Team Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Agile Team Lead, leading a team of enthusiastic members in supporting critical technology systems and guiding business partners & end users with industry best practices. We are looking for someone with a 'Team First' mindset who can build trust at all levels.

  • A key responsibility will be to lead Agile teams as a Servant leader, educating teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from Scaled Agile practices and values.
  • You will coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement, delivering customer value through consistent Agile team performance.
  • Managing risks, mitigating impediments, and negotiating dependencies within and across Agile teams is also essential.
  • Facilitating Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives will be a significant part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven risk management and mitigation skills.
  • Team-first mentality.
