We are looking for a Revenue Growth and Client Services Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client services to promote our range of telecommunications products and services.
Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our telecommunications products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and product developments to effectively position our products and differentiate ourselves in the market.
Qualifications:
- Matric/Intermediate students can encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
