Lead Strategic Pathways

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our scholarship and alumni support efforts, forging strategic relationships with educational institutions to open academic and professional pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national-level campaigns to raise education awareness and promote scholarship opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong on-ground presence and stakeholder engagement through extensive travel.
  • Design and deliver scalable programs in personal growth, values education, and leadership development.
  • Nurture TCF communities across Pakistan, ensuring effective outreach and alumni initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to scholarship recipients.
  • Identify and mentor future alumni leaders, representing the organization externally in forums and collaborations.

This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and program management skills, along with a deep commitment to educational equity and youth empowerment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact, with experience in managing teams and leading projects.
