Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR and be able to develop and execute policies, processes, and best practices across all HR functional areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
The role involves helping to manage employment brand, overseeing recruiting activities, structuring and implementing HR management systems, designing and implementing performance management frameworks, and providing coaching to leaders.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage employment brand and oversee recruiting activities
- Design and implement HR management systems and reporting
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits strategies
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on company policies and practices
- 5+ years of experience in HR in the tech industry
- IT + business degrees (BSCS/BBA) or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments
