Senior Java Team Lead

The Recruiters, Pakistan is urgently seeking a Senior JAVA Team Lead for their organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the development, testing, and deploying of software, leading team building for both front-end and back-end of a very large enterprise-class commercial software system.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Minimum 2 years leadership experience designing and preparing systems.
  2. Minimum 2 years direct experience in JAVA Programming.
  3. Familiar with SQL, application servers, servlets, EJB, JSP & HTML.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Four years bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Knowledge of TOMCAT application server.
  2. Background in C++ programming.
  3. Experience developing lexers, parsers, and compilers.
  4. Knowledge of Struts and/or Velocity Apache projects.
  5. Experience in both Windows and UNIX environments deploying JAVA-based systems.
