We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Development Manager to lead our web development team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess in-depth knowledge of web development technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire web development process from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow professionally.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that all web applications meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in web development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
