We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • Achieve seamless office operations by devising and maintaining efficient systems, including data management.
  • Leverage expertise in system design and implementation to drive organizational success.
  • Develop and enforce policies and strategies to ensure smooth operation of IT services worldwide.
  • Lead operational teams to achieve project deliverables and foster a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop quality assurance mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  2. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  3. Prepare documentation, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for clients to meet their expectations.
  4. Develop timelines for project and operational deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  5. Handle administration matters of the sub-office to maintain organization.
  6. Utilize IT systems/software to track project/task progress and make informed decisions.
  7. Communicate effectively with international clients to build strong relationships.
  8. Oversee costing and billing of operations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  9. Maintain all project/operation documentation, including service delivery plans, to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  10. Lead and direct project/operations team members to achieve collective goals.
  11. Take meeting minutes and follow up with relevant department heads to ensure action items are addressed.
  12. Conduct background research on assigned tasks and present findings to inform decision-making.
  13. Perform any other tasks assigned by the VP to support organizational objectives.
  14. Document ideas and design implementation plans covering logistical, financial, technical, and human resource needs.

Job Specification

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills to articulate complex ideas.
  • Basic understanding of IT, computer hardware, and support to drive effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
