Card Portfolio Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead card portfolio optimization initiatives, driving growth in cross-border and e-commerce spend through strategic planning, campaign execution, and portfolio optimization.

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase cardholder engagement.
  • Design and implement Always-On campaigns targeting cross-border and e-comm spend.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to scope high-impact customer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio performance optimization through segmentation, targeting, and offer personalization.
  • Monitoring fund utilization across Year 1 and Year 2 allocations.
  • Collaboration with Advisors and internal stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in banking, payments, or consulting with a focus on portfolio optimization, digital engagement, or cross-border spend strategies.
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Prior experience in managing or advising cardholder engagement campaigns.
