Position Title: Creative Designer

Job Timings: Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Experience Required: 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically in marketing for e-commerce or Amazon-related content

Job Summary:

The Creative Designer will lead and manage the creative team responsible for developing compelling visual and written content across various platforms, including Amazon product listings, social media, website design, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of creative leadership, strategic thinking in marketing, and hands-on design experience. The Creative Head will drive the vision for the brand's marketing and ensure that all creative assets align with the brand's guidelines and image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, content writers, and marketing creatives to produce high-quality content.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across Amazon and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creative direction for Amazon listings, A+ Content, product photography, and other Amazon-related content to maximize conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to drive sales and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create aligned, effective, and customer-centric campaigns.
  • Analyze and assess the performance of marketing campaigns and creative assets, providing data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and all creative output aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and marketing best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in creative marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record in e-commerce and Amazon branding.
  • Strong experience in creating digital marketing strategies , particularly for social media platforms .
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a creative team, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing , or 3D rendering .
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon listings and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content , EBC .
  • Understanding of brand storytelling and creative content that drives customer engagement.
