Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to lead the acquisition and management of key business accounts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Account Management:
    • Identify and onboard new clients in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and O&I (Offices & Industries) sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving revenue growth.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates and support.
  • Sales Growth & Business Expansion:
    • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets, leveraging data analysis and CRM tools.
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
    • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Payment Recovery & Account Retention:
    • Ensure timely invoicing and payment recovery from clients, addressing and resolving any billing or payment-related issues promptly.
    • Implement strategies to retain high-value clients and minimize churn, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food, FMCG, or supply chain sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, combined with a target-driven and proactive approach.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and data analysis for reporting.
