
Account Growth Specialist

- Client Acquisition & Account Management:
- Identify and onboard new clients in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and O&I (Offices & Industries) sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates and support.
- Sales Growth & Business Expansion:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets, leveraging data analysis and CRM tools.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Payment Recovery & Account Retention:
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment recovery from clients, addressing and resolving any billing or payment-related issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to retain high-value clients and minimize churn, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food, FMCG, or supply chain sector.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, combined with a target-driven and proactive approach.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and data analysis for reporting.
