Job Title: Strategic Account Growth Specialist

Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts by building strong customer relationships, executing commercial plans, and delivering agreed volume and value targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, as well as strong analytical capability. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product availability and campaign execution, while championing the voice of the customer internally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field from an HEC recognized institution
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning or business partnership
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Project and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead virtual teams
