AI Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI developer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that solve real-world problems.

This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy experimenting, iterating, breaking things (safely), and shipping fast. As an AI developer, you'll design intelligent systems. You'll build autonomous agents that interact with live data sources, CRMs, cloud tools, and business-critical workflows.

You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to scope, deliver, and iterate on agent capabilities across internal and client-facing projects.

This role involves building intelligent agents that integrate with real-world systems, have memory, reasoning, and task automation capabilities, and run via low/no-code platforms or Python-based backends.

You'll also design and optimize multi-step automation workflows, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ops teams, and contribute to architectural decisions around agent scalability and performance.

Additionally, you'll write prompts, system messages, and memory logic that help agents reason, and support internal and client-facing workflows and use cases.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A portfolio or detailed examples of AI agents, automation workflows, or intelligent systems you've built — this is required and will be discussed during interviews.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

This is for you if you have:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing AI-powered or automation systems.
  • Fluency in Python (for backend, APIs, automation logic).
  • Solid SQL skills for manipulating and integrating data.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, and ideally GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Practical experience using Relevance AI, n8n, or similar low/no-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Comfort with prompt engineering: system prompts, tool calls, embeddings.
  • Ability to think about workflows holistically: where AI fits in, where it doesn't.
  • A bias for action — prototype fast, validate, and improve.
  • Clear communication skills and experience working remotely with distributed teams.
