Trucking Campaign Representative

We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to represent our trucking campaign in a professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our team.
- This is an inbound call center role where you will interact with customers via phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and selling our services.
- To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey confidence and enthusiasm over the phone.
- A strong understanding of sales processes, including product knowledge and negotiation techniques, is essential for success in this role.
Selected candidates will receive competitive salary packages, bonuses, and commissions based on their performance.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- At least 6 months of call center experience preferred.
- O/A level English proficiency preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including American or neutral accent.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
Candidates should possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
