Industrial Quality Assurance Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required for this role. A Master's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure timely completion of quality control monitoring processes and maintain effective standards.
  2. To provide professional support to the team in implementing, controlling, and monitoring Quality Assurance and compliance matters in accordance with industry requirements.
  3. To understand and facilitate reporting requirements related to Quality Assurance tasks.
  4. To promote consistent quality assurance practices across the organization.
  5. To document business processes within Quality Assurance & Enhancement to ensure continuity.
  6. To review and update quality assurance processes periodically to reflect changes in requirements.
  7. To inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  8. To calibrate gas meters according to international standards at different flow rates.
  9. To establish necessary systems and procedures to satisfy customer requirements and audits.
  10. To conduct regular internal and process audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  11. To address non-conformities found through corrective actions.
  12. To operate in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure staff and visitor safety.
  13. To develop safety policies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  14. To collaborate with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  15. To contribute to a team environment that fosters individual growth and achieves successful goal attainment.

Preparation of technical drawings and specifications for procured components is also expected.
