Project Coordinator Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled coordinator to join our organization.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading commercial office and retail branch projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of project delivery, including programme, budget, quality, scope, procurement, and risk.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of project tasks, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Developing client briefs and project execution plans tailored to each project.
  • Managing internal and external design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budgets.
  • Handling local government approval processes with support from consultants and contractors.
  • Administering contracts, ensuring compliance from contractors and consultants.
  • Assisting in preparing tender documents, reviewing tenders, negotiating contracts, and reporting to clients.
  • Developing project documentation, including programmes and master cost plans.
  • Preparing weekly project status reports and other relevant deliverables.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in project coordination.
  • PMP or LEED AP certifications are highly desirable.
Additional Details

This is a full-time position with seniority level associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
