Job Description
  • We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee warehouse management and sales operations.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise warehouse staff in maintaining standardized stockkeeping parameters.
  • Contribute to strengthening sales by handling miscellaneous tasks.
  • Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) compliance in warehouses, collaborating with the Quality & Compliance team.
  • Conduct self-inspections and provide QMS and GDP-related training as needed.
  • Monitor and provide timely feedback on sales operations, including van maintenance.
  • Evaluate and maintain an accurate employee headcount for the branch.
  • Manage cash handling, bank deposits, credit supplies, and cheque returns according to established criteria.
  • Support senior management and principals in facilitating business operations through sales support.
  • Oversee the branch's overall credit and its utilization for improved sales and operations support.
  • Visit approved credit parties to ensure timely payment recovery.
