Project Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project managers and teams to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, including timelines and milestones
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization
  • Managing project expenses and budgeting for resources and materials
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Providing timely and accurate project updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
