Job Title: Program Director - Digital Transformation Leader

Overview
The role of a Program Director involves overseeing multiple projects within the organization. As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for defining project scope, securing resources, planning, monitoring activities, and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a representative to foster trust.
- Manage operational relationships with customers, including meetings and events to ensure high satisfaction.
- Ensure delivery compliance with contractual and business case requirements.
- Manage scope and change requests meticulously, assessing impacts, securing approvals, and documenting changes for transparency.

Key Qualifications
- Proven leadership of large-scale Systems Integration programs under tight deadlines, coordinating multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in ICT, BSS, with a successful track record in Operator Transformation Programs and Projects.
- Over 10 years of experience in the ICT sector.
- Domain expertise in BSS and OSS, including Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, vNF, cNF implementations.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Requirements
- Experience with project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Experience in the Telecom/IS/IT industry, especially within multi-national, decentralized organizations.
- Knowledge of Ericsson Business Process (EBP), ITIL, eTOM.
