Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and products, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively address their needs.
- Understanding of travel industry trends, destinations, and products, familiarity with travel regulations and documentation.
