We're seeking an accomplished Associate Project Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of our high-impact events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire event lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-event closure calls.

In this role, you will work closely with our lead PM on internal projects to enhance project management processes, ensuring seamless event delivery. Your exceptional leadership skills will motivate team members to meet project goals, responsibilities, and milestones.

You will collaborate with development and event setup teams to deliver timely event customization and client requests. Additionally, you will report on event success criteria, manage test and deployment activities, and apply project management practices to engineer processes that deliver high-quality results.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will prepare detailed project plans, procure resources needed to meet project objectives, and manage day-to-day project activities. You will also provide status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in technology, computer science, or IT preferred.
  • Ability to work during US/Canada hours (EST).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
  • Interpersonal skills to influence, facilitate, and enhance performance.
