We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented event professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of commercial event management experience (beyond university/college events) and be skilled in budgeting, costing, logistics, and problem-solving. Person needs to have experience of event management, should be super motivated, and have exceptional problem solving, costing, and management skills. This role requires someone who can handle high-pressure situations, manage multiple stakeholders, and execute events flawlessly in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute corporate, tech, and internal company events, ensuring smooth operations from ideation to completion
  • Manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring events remain within financial constraints without compromising quality
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure the best resources and partnerships
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, AV setup, catering, branding, and security
  • Identify and resolve on-ground challenges efficiently, ensuring seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to drive event promotions and maximize engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and company policies for all events
  • Analyze post-event performance, gathering insights to improve future events

Requirements

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial event management (corporate, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial planning for events
  • Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills, ensuring smooth event execution
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Proficiency in event management tools, MS Office, and project coordination software
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in handling corporate IT events, tech summits, hackathons, or brand activations
