
Office Support Specialist

Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to support our office operations.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning and maintaining accurate records of administrative expenses.
- Oversee the upkeep and organization of office spaces, supervise support staff and ensure a professional workspace.
- Process utility bills, maintain stock levels of office supplies and snacks, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events and maintain company vehicles for timely servicing.
- Support other departments with filing, documentation, logistics, and confidential information management.
- Requirements:
- Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of administrative processes and systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and demonstrate a team-oriented attitude.
