Sales and Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for client acquisition and success management for our virtual tour solutions client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to create awareness and generate leads for virtual tour solutions.
  • Create contact lists of prospects in industries such as Higher Education, Cultural Heritage sites, Museums, Car Dealerships, and other sectors that can benefit from a virtual tour using available resources.
  • Design and execute effective email marketing workflows with messaging that resonates with prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Establish and implement a thought leadership strategy using the client's social media profile to create awareness and improve brand presence, resulting in warm leads.
  • Track and report key lead generation metrics.
  • Manage client communications and relationships as a Success Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content and posting.
  • C coordinate with designers and developers for website adjustments, funnel creation, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • A proven track record in email marketing and social selling.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Experience in the education or museum sector is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
