Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met according to the locked production plan.

You will participate in daily morning meetings to review line stoppages and machine breakdowns, identifying process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste using Lean tools and techniques.

Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing production data, implementing and maintaining Lean methodologies, monitoring and ensuring achievement of UPH (Units Per Hour) and UMPH (Units Man Per Hour) targets; controlling manufacturing expenses.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, ensuring all Lean initiatives comply with safety and regulatory standards, and participating in safety audits.

To succeed in this role, you will need to attend planning meetings with the Production Manager and other staff to align next-day production strategies, utilizing tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and Pareto analysis for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: BSc Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • Experience: 3-4 years
