Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, home-based position.

  • This role involves handling inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional manner, resolving their inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • You will also be responsible for working with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery, escalating customer feedback as required, identifying opportunities for new business development, and generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • In addition, you will manage the sales process to close new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good computer and typing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
