- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
