Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team at HexaClicks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  1. Order Review: Review customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct before submission.
  2. Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.
  3. Amazon Store Support: Manage Amazon store support with expertise.
  4. Order Status Updates: Keep customers informed about order status, including any modifications or delays.
  5. Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Understand customer needs and effectively communicate them to the design team to ensure their requirements are met.
  6. Proactive Order Tracking: Proactively track each order status, ensuring all orders are progressing smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
  7. Inventory Management: Monitor client inventory levels and communicate with the factory team to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  6. Familiarity with order processing and tracking systems is a plus.
  7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including factory and design teams.
