We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This position demands strong communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to work efficiently to support our client base.
Main Responsibilities- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our products.
- Ensure all support tickets are resolved in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role, with a strong understanding of relevant tools and technologies.
- Experience working in SaaS-based environments is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to support North American clients.
