Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO.

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the executive's schedule, ensuring timely appointments, prioritizing tasks, and avoiding conflicts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and recording minutes.
  • Communication Liaison: Manage and respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional tasks, such as filing, expense reporting, and maintaining office supplies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with specific tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc. is a plus
