Cloud-Based CRM Solutions Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Cloud-Based CRM Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud-based CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Solution Architecture: Responsible for architecting and implementing cloud-based CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Database Design and Development: Design and develop scalable database structures, schemas, and workflows to support business operations.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including compute, storage, and networking.
  • Data Modeling and Reporting: Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Security and Governance: Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

Requirements:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Relevant Experience: 08+ years of relevant experience.
  • Database Design and Development: Strong understanding of database design (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and data lakes/warehouses.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including compute, storage, and networking.
  • ETL Tools and Data Visualization: Familiarity with ETL tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
