We are seeking a skilled and experienced corporate legal expert to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to support the growth and success of our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements, as well as providing guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also work closely with senior lawyers to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation with excellent writing skills (LLB or LLM preferred)
  • Proven working experience of at least two years as a Legal Assistant
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and official protocols
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of case management software
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
