We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our testing team in enhancing our compliance and operational risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, assessment, control evaluations, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive control evaluations and substantive testing to assess the design and effectiveness of controls for assigned teams.
  • Analyze complex issues, develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support the design and effectiveness of controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualified graduate with minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, assessment, control evaluations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
