We're seeking a seasoned professional to take on a key role in our Compliance Assurance team.

Job Description

This position involves leading the execution of the Compliance Assurance assessment plan, ensuring timely and accurate completion of independent assessments. The successful candidate will oversee the quality of work delivered by testing teams, ensuring compliance with global requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of control processes and be able to document remits, process compositions, and team handovers. They'll proactively monitor risks, identifying emerging trends to inform the Compliance Assurance assessment plan and methodology.

This is a critical role that requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, adopting a collaborative approach to task execution while maintaining independence. The successful candidate will also develop positive relationships with external stakeholders, as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of the Compliance Assurance assessment plan
  • Oversseeing the quality of work delivered by testing teams
  • Monitoring FC and RC risks to identify emerging trends
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing stakeholders with insight into Compliance Assurance activities

Responsibilities

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of experience in Compliance Assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of control processes and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
