Software Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale software development and rollout programs for global clients.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of complex software delivery programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • This role will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders for assigned regions.
  • The Program Manager will interface regularly with customer middle and executive-level management and manage relationships from the delivery side.
  • Responsibilities will include leading multiple regional projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, goals, KPIs, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • The Program Manager will collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Key responsibilities will also include overseeing risk management, issue resolution, change control, and dependency tracking across concurrent projects.
  • The role requires conducting regular status meetings and executive briefings with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring new project managers on established PM processes and Governance Model.
  • The Program Manager will ensure adherence to quality assurance and project governance standards.
  • Finally, they will respond to RFX documents by providing accurate effort estimations, timelines, and delivery approaches.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 15 years of experience in project/program management within the enterprise software domain.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Proven track record of managing global enterprise software delivery in the leasing/finance domain.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, MS Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and others.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, captive auto finance companies, or leasing clients.
