Job Title: Service Quality Leader

Job Description

An esteemed financial institution seeks an accomplished professional to spearhead service quality initiatives and drive excellence in customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing dedicated resources to implement service quality standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular surveys and spot checks, and training staff to enhance overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service quality strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Design and implement mystery shopping and spot checks to evaluate service quality.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • MBA (Marketing) from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service quality or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A flair for creative writing and visual expression.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with diverse cultures and people at all levels.
