Job Description:
The Payroll Officer is responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. This role requires a solid understanding of Pakistan's labor laws, taxation, and payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and finance teams to support payroll-related activities and provide excellent service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: The Payroll Officer will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Pakistan, ensuring accurate salary calculations, statutory compliance, and timely disbursements.
  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports to support management and finance teams in decision-making and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement Responsibilities: Regularly review and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
