We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing compensation structures, ensuring that they align with local practices and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, pay grades, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership and executives.
  • Manage job evaluations and position classifications.

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement compensation strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compensation analysis and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, market trends, and relevant legal regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist).
  • Experience working with HR systems and software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
