Product Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of our product. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product features and unique differentiators based on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify areas of opportunity and define the product roadmap.
  2. Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Feature Development: Determine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on market research, customer feedback, and available development resources.
  4. Requirements Definition: Create comprehensive Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) for MVPs in collaboration with the development team.
  5. Workflow Development: Develop and oversee product workflows, implementation architectures, mockups, business decisions, data models, JIRA stories, UI, and algorithms.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage and monitor the development of Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by overseeing QA processes and defining passing criteria for UI, backend, and algorithms.
  8. Testing and Feedback: Conduct or supervise Proof of Concept (POC) testing in-house and with select customers, gather feedback, and make iterative improvements to the product.
  9. Release Planning: Define features and timelines for future releases, ensuring seamless integration with existing implementations.
  10. Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources effectively for each stage of the product lifecycle.
  11. Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and customers to align product goals with business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
