Job Overview

Serves as a key leader in supporting the operations of our organization by effectively supervising staff, planning and organizing administrative systems, and implementing processes to drive results.

Maintains a high-performing administrative team by recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees; fostering a safe and secure work environment; and providing opportunities for personal growth and development.

Achieves financial objectives by anticipating organizational needs, preparing and submitting information for budget planning, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances.

Empowers staff results by clearly communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job performance, coaching and counseling employees, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Ensures effective communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment, and approving invoices.

Purchases printed materials and forms by determining requirements, negotiating price, quality, and delivery, and approving invoices.

Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and resources, planning and meeting schedules, and monitoring results.

Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

Improves program and service quality by devising new applications, updating procedures, and evaluating system results with users.
