The role of Administrative Supervisor involves overseeing the office's overall administrative functions.

Servicing as a supervisor, the candidate will guide and support all support staff members, including hiring and training new employees to ensure they are adequately equipped to perform their tasks.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the office and company premises, as well as implementing transport management practices to optimize operational costs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging security measures within the office and company premises, including safety and firefighting arrangements. Organizing meetings and other functions on an as-needed basis is also critical.
The chosen candidate will enforce organizational policies strictly and maintain high standards of discipline throughout the workplace.
Job Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.

- Excellent computer skills, specifically with MS Office and inventory systems, are necessary.
