Job Title: Sales and Business Development Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Leader at Trillium. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior sales team members to help them improve their performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends
