About the Role
This position involves driving business growth through effective communication, sales, and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners and their customers to identify new opportunities and improve existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Foster exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners and their customers.
- Sales Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Training Sessions: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to educate our brand partners on our products and services.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales operations, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and sales management skills.
- Experience in providing training.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
