
Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with prospective clients via telephone to gauge their interest in our products and services.
Your primary objective will be to schedule meetings between our Sales Representatives and potential clients. To achieve this, you will need to have a thorough understanding of the sales process and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the key features and benefits of our products and services.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list of phone numbers.
- Address basic questions and concerns about our products and services.
- Schedule consultations between potential clients and Sales Representatives.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, including those that went unanswered.
- Pursue follow-up contacts with clients who were unable to be reached initially.
- Notify your Manager of any recurring product-related complaints that require attention.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to overcome objections and close deals.
