Community Engagement Specialist

The role of Community Engagement Specialist is pivotal in driving brand awareness and fostering a thriving community culture across multiple platforms. We seek a dynamic individual to spearhead our community engagement efforts, overseeing the development and execution of strategic social media initiatives.

This specialist will be responsible for engaging with our online community through forums, social media channels, and other online platforms, fostering meaningful interactions, discussions, and activities. Effective communication skills are essential in responding promptly and professionally to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing events, contests, and discussions to encourage participation and collaboration within the community.
  • Collecting and analyzing community feedback to inform product development, customer support, and marketing strategies.
  • Serving as a liaison between the company and its community, representing their voice internally and advocating for their needs.
  • Monitoring community trends, sentiment, and discussions to identify opportunities and address issues proactively.

Additionally, this specialist will develop comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. They will create compelling content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, aligning with the brand voice and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Based in Karachi, Pakistan.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in community and social media marketing management roles, preferably in gaming, technology, or entertainment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, engaging diverse online communities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and task prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for building relationships and fostering community engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with paid campaigns is a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, working independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
