About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a SAP Administrator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, systems, and developments, with experience in SAP B1 administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to SAP B1 users
  • Coordinate with SAP B1 consultant/partners
  • SAP B1 user creation, license management/deployment
  • Add-on installation on server and users
  • Add-on testing of SAP B1 configuration/changes
  • Daily online backup, data backup, veem backup
  • SQL Server backup/restore
  • Hardware, Network, Servers (Tower)
  • Firewall (Sophos), security, UPS, CCTV management
  • Multiple offices/branches/port handling with IT infrastructure
  • Internet lease line, P2P, modem configuration, Wi-Fi knowledge
  • Video Conferencing, hardware & network procurement, configuration, installation, and maintenance
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
