Sales Representative: A Results-Driven Position

This is a sales position with high volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate is looking for the diamond in the rough and can expect to have a high volume of outbound calls with a small number of qualified prospects responding.

The role involves demoing our product line to prospective organizations aligned with our business needs. This includes surveying prospects to understand pain points within their business so that we can align those business needs with our solution.

We are seeking a self-starter who empowers themselves and others to learn in a quickly evolving environment. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for revenue.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly quotas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, preferably with international clients (US/Canada/UK).
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting and demonstrations to closing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, competitive environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, dialers, MS Office tools, and general technical aptitude is preferred.
