We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional to embark on a rewarding career in customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound cold calling, conducting presentations to potential customers, guiding prospects through the sales process, and following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and generate new leads through outbound cold calling and other innovative strategies.
- Presentation of products or services to potential customers via outbound calls and digital communication channels.
- Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales, leveraging strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field is required, with a track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
