Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying target markets, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering long-lasting relationships with customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

You will work closely with our marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience and will be responsible for analyzing competitors' products, identifying key features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and minimum 2 years of proven sales experience is required.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Pitch potential customers, explaining company products and encouraging purchases.
  • Provide detailed information about products to satisfy customer needs and answer questions effectively.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Schedule appointments with customers to generate leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience.
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
  • Analyze competitors' products, identifying key features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Achieving sales targets requires a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Negotiation and consultative sales skills must be outstanding.
