Job Title: Team Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned team leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple teams and ensuring timely completion of projects within allocated budgets.

About This Role

This is a leadership position that requires a high level of expertise in project management. As a team lead, you will be expected to plan, allocate, execute, and deliver all projects according to deadlines. You will also lead brainstorming sessions, coordinate with teams, and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Lead teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Manage resources, develop skills, and hold regular training sessions
  • Prepare project-related documentation and deliver progress reports
  • Identify issues, find resolutions, and implement smooth-running office processes
Requirements
  • 6+ years proven experience in LAMP web development and web applications
  • 2+ years proven experience in a leadership role and managing projects
  • Must have a history of successfully delivering projects with examples of web projects
  • Familiarity with latest technologies, languages, and trends
  • Hands-on experience of PHP, Codeigniter, Databases, Development cycles/methodologies, problem solving, and project management activities
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, leadership, management, and written communication skills
  • Excellent language skills specifically English and writing
